Reviews 		Ordered a Sony HDR-HC3, which has low availability in Canada (at least at discounters). Was listed as special order item with availability in 5 business days. Ordered and paid with money transfer on Friday 10th. Received payment confirmation on Monday 13th. Was curious what their supplier availability actually was, so I e-mailed them on Tuesday 14th. Reply did not come in until Friday 17th, but it mentioned in-bound shipment from supplier for Monday 20th with delivery to me by Tuesday 21st. Surprisingly enough I actually received an automated shipping notification from UPS on the 20th and had my camcorder on the 21st. While this was by no means lightning fast service, it saved me $456 (after taxes) compared to a retailer ($1399 vs. $1699). Couldn't even find a better price from an online shop in the U.S. Overall Rating
