Could not get the screen to take the order with my account. Called the merchant - they want to charge me to talk to a tech rep! Routed around and around electronically! Finally purchased the printer with another credit card. What a disaster of a shopping experience! Fix your darn automated system and online, give a clear picture of why there is an error. Next time I'm buying an HP printer! Overall Rating

This is the worst experience I have ever had trying to find the correct SKU for the accessory I was purchasing. The SKU is not tied to my Service Tag # and if it had not been for the Customer Service Rep I telephoned (Joyce Kaster), I never would have found the TD175. Your after-sales web service is terrible. What has happened to Dell? It used to be my computer of choice, but Gateway after-sales service put Dell to shame. Overall Rating

Last night I tried to place this order, and I kept getting error messages. They said I had not filled in information that I had filled in; in fact, I was looking at the filled in information that the messages said was missing. Dell has become a third rate company - beyond terrible customer service and care. Any call to Dell (even the simplist inquiry)requires at least an hour time committment, at least 5 transfers and probably 1 or 2 disconnects to finally get to a recorded message that the dept. you need is not available at this time! I have 4 Dell computers in my house along with all the related accessories. I use to think Dell was the best and would only order from them - Sorry Dell! - you have lost me as a future customer!! Not that you care - obviously :( To bad for you - another good company will soon bite the dust I'm afraid from third rate service and product quality deterioration. So sad. Overall Rating

Site is not easy to navigate. Everytime I visit, I get different options. Once an item is spec'd, hard to go back and see what the details of the system are. Operating system etc. Comarison also difficult. Overall Rating

I am extremely frustrated. I placed my order, my credit card company fraud division decided I needed protection and disallowed the order, even though I called them back immediately to confirm I had indeed placed the order. So sorry, they said, I would have to start over with my Dell order. Here is where you guys come in: I didn't want to place an entirely new order for fear that I order twice. So I ended up waiting on hold for 10 minutes, talking to someone who couldn't help me, he sent me to another number where I waited on hold for 5 minutes and was then hung up on. I recalled Dell, got put on hold for 7 minutes, the automated system said it would connect me to a person but instead connected me to another system that said that your 24 hour service wasn't actually 24 hours and I should go to the webpage. The webpage leaves me no place to write to anyone to explain what happened, the e-mail message I got confirming my order leaves me no number or e-mail address to respon Overall Rating

as a member of AAA i wanted to use my 25$ off coupon for my laptop. 2 and a half hours later and after speaking to no less than 10 TEN Dell employees, i THEN learnd my AAA coupon could not be used on the regular site i had to be diverted to an EPP website which of course did not have the laptop i initially wanted to purchase. Absolutely the worse customer experience of my life! Overall Rating
